    Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and Washington DC (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) 18 years of age and older. Employees of Josmo Shoes and their respective parents, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, their promotional or marketing agencies, and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse) and persons living in the same household of each such employee (whether related or not) are not eligible. Promotion is void in Alaska and Hawaii, and elsewhere where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply.

    Only photos that are approved and published are eligible to win. Photos are all received pending approval. Submitting an invalid email address or photo containing unsuitable language or inappropriate content of any kind (in Sponsor’s sole judgment) will result in contest disqualification. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry per household is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

    Use of Entrant Information: All information submitted as part of your entry becomes subject to Josmo Shoes Terms of Use agreement, which includes Josmo Shoes Privacy Policy, found at: Josmo shoes. Josmo Shoes will send all entrants emails about  Josmo Shoes Corp.  promotions and/or products.     Drawings: Promotion drawings will be held beginning on February 27, 2015 and ending March 13, 2015. The Winner is randomly selected from all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 AM EST on the previous Friday through 11:59:59 PM EST before the drawing, which will occur the following week. Winners are announced as soon as commercially reasonable after the drawing. Josmo Shoes notifies the winner by email and the winner must respond with complete address and contact information by date designated. Josmo Shoes is not liable or responsible for returning or exchanging the prize if the Promotion is disliked or if Josmo Shoes was provided the incorrect contact information by the winner. Nor is Josmo Shoes responsible for damages resulting from shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of any prize awarded in this Promotion. If the email address is invalid or the notification cannot be delivered, Josmo Shoes will select another winner at random from the remaining qualified entries and the original winner’s prize will be forfeited. If a dispute arises over entitlement to a prize, the winner is the person to whom the email account was assigned by the appropriate agency, internet service provider, business, or organization. By entering, you agree that Josmo Shoes decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. WE WILL INFORM THE WINNER AND WILL POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

    Prize: One (4) winners will receive one (1) pair of shoes from, subject to availability. One winner will be chosen in a random drawing at the end of contest. Limit one (1) Prize per Entry. Once a Winner is chosen, he/she is disqualified from winning again for the following eight (8) weeks of the Promotion. All results and decisions are final and binding in all respects. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is up to $30.00. No substitution or transfer of prize except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Taxes related to the Prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

    Each Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful). If the Affidavit is not returned within 4 business days of the date on the notification, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded via a random drawing to an alternate entrant.     Photo Submittals: If any photo contains unsuitable language or inappropriate content of any kind (in Sponsor’s sole judgment), Sponsor reserves the right to de-tag, take down, remove or delete (where possible) any such images and in any event, such photos (and the Entrant who posted it) shall be disqualified from the Promotion. By uploading a photo, the Entrant warrants and undertakes that he/she is the legal and beneficial owner of all intellectual property rights in his/her photo and that it is his/her own original work and does not infringe any third party rights. Entrants hereby waive and agree not to assert any moral rights in and in connection with the photo. All people pictured in the photo must agree to be featured and for the photo to be uploaded via Instagram or the Facebook app, and must also waive and agree not to assert any applicable moral or similar rights and agree to the photo being entered in the Promotion and each Entrant warrants that applicable consents have been obtained. These statements also extend to the Facebook and Instagram platforms used. By uploading the photo, Entrants grant Sponsor and the companies associated with Sponsor an irrevocable, transferable, worldwide, free right of use for five years covering all methods of use, in particular the use, distribution, reproduction, translation and modification of the photo and any accompanying text for commercial purposes by Sponsor.

    General: Federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified are the responsibility of the winners. All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding a prize. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Administrator and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from all and any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity arising out of or relating to any prize won in this Promotion, unless caused by the gross negligence of the applicable party.
